Eugenia Abu at the Abuja Literary Society

The Abuja Literary Society hosted award-winning essayist, broadcaster and poet, Eugenia Abu, on Friday 9th April, at the Silverbird Entertainment Centre, Central Area, Abuja. Eugenia read from her new book, Don't Look At Me Like That! and talked about her life and her writing. The event was anchored by the ALS Grand Slam Champion, The Storyteller.

Coming from a trip out of Abuja, Eugenia got caught in a traffic jam, but she still made it to the venue more than an hour later than the scheduled time. Her fans waited for her nevertheless...and the long wait was worth it. Eugenia read an essay about Jos and signed copies of her book.

The session ended at about 10pm.
