A week-long film festival by the European Union and Switzerland is currently going on at the Silverbird Entertainment Centre (on the same road with the Musa Yar’Adua Centre) here in Abuja. Showing a total of 15 movies (two per day except on the first day), the film festival is an annual event that many Abuja residents look forward to. This year, the movies are from Sweden, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.
