Mark your calendar for an upcoming event in Abuja - the ASOHOM BAZAAR

The Association of Spouses of Heads of Mission (ASOHOM) kindly invites you to mark your calendar for the 2012 International Charity Bazaar. The event will take place on Saturday, 13th of October, from 10:00 am till 4:00pm at the Sheraton Abuja Hotel.

Over forty countries will have stalls selling food, handicrafts and other produce from their their great nations. Children's corner, live music - a fun day out for all the family. Raffle draws with great prizes.

All proceeds are used for charity projects in Nigeria. Come and have fun!

National Day of Norway

A reception to mark the National Day of Norway was held here in Abuja on May 16, 2012.

It was hosted by the Ambassador of Norway to Nigeria, His Excellency Kjell Lillerud.

In a short remarks during the occasion, which took place at the Ambassador's residence, H.E. Lillerud said that this would be the last reception he'd be hosting as he  and his wife, Mrs. Ingrid Lillerud, will be going back to Norway for good, after having stayed in Nigeria for three years.
